Manumed T

Manumed T is a wrist brace with thumb support. The product is exclusively to be used for the orthotic fitting of the wrist and only on unbroken skin or if any wounds have been properly covered.

Mode of action

Fixation and stabilisation of the wrist, the thumb saddle and the basal joint of the thumb.

Indications

• Sprain or distortion of the wrist and/or thumb
• Postoperative fixation of the wrist and thumb
• Lesion of the ulnar collateral ligament of the basal joint of
  the thumb
• Tendinitis and tendinopathy of the wrist and thumb
• Inflammatory phases of rheumatic diseases

Contraindications

• Unstable fractures in the area of the hand

Care instructions

Please close the Velcro fasteners before washing and remove the ortheses. Soap residues, lotions and ointments can cause skin irritation and material wear.

• Wash the product by hand, preferably using a medi clean detergent, or in delicate cycle at 30°C using a mild detergent without fabric conditioners.
• Do not bleach.
• Leave to dry naturally.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
